Radiohead bass player Colin Greenwood will fill in for Jarvis Cocker on 6 Music's Sunday Service show, it has been revealed. Greenwood will team up with comedian Adam Buxton to host the 4-6pm show for three weeks from Sunday July 7 while Cocker is on holiday. His first show will also feature brother and bandmate Jonny Greenwood as they "re-enact their post-gig tour bus throw down". Explaining further, a BBC statement reveals: "As they travel between concerts, each one takes it in turn to play an influential and much loved tune in the hope that it’s universally appreciated. And 6 Music regular Adam Buxton is along for the ride in the role of compere and tour manager." Radiohead are currently between albums with Thom Yorke focusing on his Atoms For Peace side project. The frontman is set to embark on a european tour with the group, which also features producer Nigel Godrich and Flea of Red Hot Chili Peppers, in July and also appeared at a secret DJ set at Glastonbury on Friday, playing songs by Prince and Azealia Banks during an eclectic guest DJ appearance. Jonny Greenwood, meanwhile, recently made a low-key live appearance in Australia. The guitarist joined the ACO Underground (Australian Chamber Orchestra) for their show in a loft apartment in Sydney, where he performed a cover of American composer Steve Reich's piece 'Electric Counterpoint'.
